Proxima Networks as started in December 2006 as a venture to provide individuals and small business enterprises with hands-on and personalized services that many of the larger web hosting forms no longer make use of. Large webhosting firms make use of a rather large and diverse technical support team that generally provide the end-user with "canned response." More times than not, the canned response is not what the user wants to hear, and we strive to avoid sending responses like that by providing personalized services.

Proxima Networks is owned by Joe Brouhard, who has been in the Information Services field for nearly 15 years. During those 15 years he has amassed quite some expertise on various subjects ranging from administration of Windows and Linux networks, Website design and development, Project Management, and interoperability between Windows and Linux respectively. Mr. Brouhard is also a 3rd Degree Black Belt and a Certifed Instructor in the American Taekwondo Association. That training has helped Mr. Brouhard to learn the values of Respect and Honor among others. As a result, Proxima Networks strives itself with the ability to provide honor, respect and courtesy to it's customers at all times.
